Our Conference and Incentives team is a key driver of our success, and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to take the helm as our Director of Sales, Conference & Incentives.
The Role: As the Director of Sales for our Conference and Incentives business, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue and achieving ambitious targets.
This is a role where your strategic vision and proven sales acumen will be pivotal in growing our market share and enhancing our brand's reputation.
You will lead a passionate team, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Conference and Incentives division.
Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding our market presence and client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, PCOs, Associations and industry partners.
Collaborate closely with hotel General Managers and the wider sales team to align goals and drive a cohesive approach to sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize sales strategies.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
To excel in this role: You will be a driven and target-focused professional with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the hospitality or events industry.
You will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the hospitality, conference, or events sector.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
