Who They Are
We are working with a $100M division of the largest kitchen and bath wholesaler in the country! They have hired us to find them a Director of Product Development to focus on product expansion and global factory communication. This is an entrepreneurial role with the ability to hire and foster the team that works best for you! What You'll Do
Mentor and develop team members
Develop and implement the fan product development strategy
Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the development lifecycle
Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in a multi-channel environment
Proven experience in product development leadership roles
Strong experience with Stage Gate and Product Lifecycle Management
