The Director of Positive Education and Leadership will focus on integrating positive education and psychology across the college to enhance our faith, leadership, and character development programmes.
The successful candidate will work closely with staff and students to foster well-being, resilience, and personal growth, ensuring every young man is equipped to thrive both academically and personally, aligned with the Catholic and Marist values at the heart of our community.

This role includes a within-school Community of Learning Leader position, which provides release time and additional remuneration.
This is a Special Character position and requires a willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the school's special character; this will be a condition of appointment.
