This is an opportunity to work in a challenging, complex environment and enjoy a professionally and personally rewarding role.Responsibilities:Lead the execution of long-term and short-term plans by applying judgment, vision, management, and leadership.Drive organisational growth and resilience through strategic decision-making.Maintain meaningful partnerships with individuals, communities, and organisations to deliver projects.Develop and maintain a data-driven approach to inform business decisions.Requirements:Proven experience as Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.Strong leadership, commercial, business, and e-commerce skills.Understanding of and experience in business functions.Understanding of the not-for-profit and/or social services environment.Salaries and Benefits:The salary for this position is up to $120,000 + Kiwisaver + parking.
