As the Director of Operations, you will help the organisation to execute long-term and short-term plans by applying judgment, vision, management, and leadership.Minimum RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need to have:Proven experience as Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer or relevant roleStrong leadership, commercial, business, and e-commerce skillsUnderstanding of and experience in business functionsUnderstanding of the not-for-profit and/or social services environmentExperience in working with or alongside multicultural professional and service organisationsWorking knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics, IT, business infrastructure, and MS OfficeAptitude in decision-making and problem-solvingExperience in developing and maintaining meaningful partnerships with individuals, communities, and organisations to deliver projectsRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or relevant business experience
