DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS We are looking for a Director of Operations, based in either our Salmo or Nelson offices, to join our growing Sutherland Group team who is very well experienced with the Heavy Equipment Industry.
The Director of Operations will coordinate the integrated operations of Sutherland Group companies, as a service to our clients, primarily on civil, marine, and road-building projects.
This role will involve planning, directing, and coordinating operations in multiple areas as well as providing leadership, mentoring, and direction to managers to support the growth of the Sutherland Group.
