Service is key at this property and your customer-focused team will ensure that nothing but the best is served up to our guests.The ideal candidate may have been an Executive Chef that has stepped into the front of house, or a high-flying Food & Beverage Manager with multi-outlet experience. Experience in hotels isn't essential, but you must have been managing at a high level, with excellent communication skills, and understand what 5* means in all aspects of your department.
