This role involves providing high-level technical financial advice, commercial guidance, and risk management to ensure the organisation's financial sustainability and ability to deliver its services.We are seeking an experienced people leader with significant relevant experience in similarly sized organisations, preferably within a not-for-profit environment. The ideal candidate will have strong relational and EQ skills, be able to think strategically, and communicate complex financial information effectively.In return for their expertise, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including 5 days additional leave, long service leave, discounted medical insurance, free confidential counselling services, subsidised flu vaccinations, flexible working arrangements, and free car parking.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally recognised and respected large, complex not-for-profit organisation that delivers significant good to people's lives.
