The purpose of this role is to:Provide high-level technical financial expertise, as well as organisational insights and commercial advice, on all matters relating to finance in order to achieve strategic ideation, operational objectives and practical implementation.Lead collaboratively, administer, and mitigate risks associated with the financial activities of the organisation to ensure the organisation has the financial capabilities to pursue and deliver its services, and enable the organisation to fulfil its vision, mission, and values.Support organisation-wide strategies, decisions, and governance in conjunction with leadership and the Board(s).About YouAs an experienced people leader with proven relational and EQ skills, the ideal candidate for this role will be someone with significant relevant experience in similarly sized organisations, and ideally include some experience within a not-for-profit environment. Beyond this, you will ideally be able to:Think and act strategically.
