Our client is a fast-paced and agile marketing agency founded in Wellington and recently opened in Auckland.
They are looking for a Client Services Director who is ready to lead from the front.
This is your chance to take ownership of client relationships, drive campaign success, and guide their talented team to deliver exceptional marketing and creative projects.
You will connect the dots between clients' needs and in-house specialists across digital advertising, media buying, design, social, and content production.
You will also play a critical role in managing team workflows, ensuring seamless project delivery across multiple clients.
This role encompasses client relationship management, where you will build trust, manage relationships, and ensure client happiness; onboarding new clients with seamless processes and stellar service; and leading client retention and account growth initiatives.
You will work across project and campaign management – overseeing the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, OOH, branding, and more).
Leveraging your expert understanding of the New Zealand media landscape to advise clients and guide campaigns for maximum impact, you will stay ahead of media trends, opportunities, and innovations to deliver value-driven strategies, identifying opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
You will be a proven team leader, guiding, supporting, and developing your client services team and working alongside senior leadership to drive the agency's vision and growth.
The right person for this role will have a deep understanding of the New Zealand media landscape and its opportunities; experience managing creative and marketing projects across multiple clients; and a knack for managing creative projects in fast-paced environments.
You will possess stellar communication skills, relationship-building ability, exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills.
