You'll connect the dots between our clients' needs and our in-house specialists across digital advertising, media buying, design, social, and content production. You'll also play a critical role in managing team workflows, ensuring seamless project delivery across multiple clients.What You'll Do:Client Relationship ManagementBe the go-to person for clients – building trust, managing relationships, and ensuring their happiness.Onboard new clients with seamless processes and stellar service.Lead client retention and account growth initiatives.Resolve issues efficiently and gather feedback to improve satisfaction.Project & Campaign ManagementOversee the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, OOH, branding, and more).Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.Collaborate with creative, marketing, and digital teams to deliver impactful projects, on time and on budget.Manage team workflows and project management systems to ensure smooth delivery across multiple clients.Track project performance, ensuring results align with client goals.Media ExpertiseLeverage your expert understanding of the New Zealand media landscape to advise clients and guide campaigns for maximum impact.Stay ahead of media trends, opportunities, and innovations to deliver value-driven strategies.Collaborate with media partners to plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across traditional and digital channels.Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.Respond promptly to inbound leads and support strategic pitches to prospects.Analyse and report on sales performance metrics.Guide, support, and develop your client services team.Oversee team workflows and ensure efficient management of projects across multiple clients.Work alongside senior leadership to drive Werk Agency's vision and growth.What You Bring:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.A deep understanding of the New Zealand media landscape and its opportunities.Experience managing creative and marketing projects across multiple clients.A knack for managing creative projects in fast-paced environments.Stellar communication skills and relationship-building ability.Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills.What We Provide:Laptop, monitor, and desk setup.Employer contributions to Kiwisaver.Flexible working: 2x optional WFH days per week.Friday 4pm team knock-offs & regular team activities.Professional development and learning opportunities.We're a ragtag team of creatives and marketers who thrive on solving problems.
