Are you an experienced Branding and Communications leader? Are you looking for a business and role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future organisation? If so, we're looking for a Branding and Communications Director for our business in the UK and Ireland.
As Director of Branding and Communications for the UK & ROI, you'll be responsible for the development and execution of the branding and communications strategy across our complete brand portfolio; Candy, Hoover and Haier. Leading the Branding and Communications and Trade Marketing Teams and aligning with our European strategy, you'll ensure activities support the brands overall objectives, values and mission to enhance our reputation across the region. You'll own and maintain the company's brand identity ensuring consistency across all marketing communication platforms, including Advertising, Trade Marketing, PR, Events, Sponsorship, Social and Digital channels.
You'll have experience of working in a leadership position within a 360 marketing environment (Branding, Communications and Trade Marketing) ideally gained within Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics or Consumer Goods. You'll have a consumer first mindset and the ability to align this with trade activation and our brand ambassadors, and a digital mindset whilst also maximising traditional channel effectiveness.
You'll be strategic but with strong executional and operational skills and a passion for this, have creative and agile ways of working, and demonstrable advertising experience including the management of creative and ATL agencies.
With demonstrable experience in coaching and developing teams within a fast-moving business, supporting their development, you'll also have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills gained across cross-functional teams and at all levels of an organisation, supporting overall business direction.
The position is based from our Birchwood, Warrington office, with hybrid working available; 3 days office and 2 days home.
