The Director will be responsible for embedding the strategic vision for the Library Service, as well as the day-to-day operational management of the service, team leadership, financial management, and relationship building with mana whenua, key partners, and our community.With your prior library sector experience, this could be the opportunity for you to bring your expertise and knowledge to take Dunedin's much-loved libraries to the next level.About youAs an experienced library professional, you'll be able to challenge existing practices, explore new service and partnership initiatives, embed bicultural practice, and identify efficiencies as we constantly look to improve our service delivery to the Dunedin community.Our Library team is passionate about connecting with the community, making a meaningful impact on our residents and visitors by delivering a wide range of services across our Library Network.
