Description
Rixon Contracting is a family-owned Auckland based Civil Construction Company which has been operating since 1980.
We have a small valuable team that specializes in the installation of utility services (power, water, telco, and drainage) for both the public and private sector.
We are seeking a Directional Drill Operator and/or Locator to join our team to help deliver the Overhead to Underground project for Vector Power in Beachlands.
Responsibilities

The ability to read and understand both Design Plans and Service Plans.
Ability to scope job and determine possible drill/trench windows.
Competent with locator and/or as directional drill operator working with industry equipment.
Proven track record, able to problem solve and meet deadlines.
Preferably class 2 license with WTR.
This role would suit someone with practical experience in Directional Drilling and installation of utility services.
