This includes enhancing member experiences, driving membership growth, and ensuring the timely delivery of communications, shipments, and exclusive offers. You'll also play a central role in creating events—virtual and in-person—to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.For trade and consumer events, you will be the mastermind behind planning and executing memorable experiences. From hosting international visitors to New Zealand's wine regions, to coordinating event logistics and budgets, your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality outcomes that align with our brand's vision.In addition to sales and events, your marketing support will include collaboration with the team on creative campaigns, providing content for digital platforms, and aligning efforts to maximise visibility. Your ability to work closely with our winery, cellar door, and marketing teams will ensure seamless integration of promotional activities and cross-channel initiatives.Lastly, your administrative expertise will shine through in tasks like shipping samples, assisting with production activities, and contributing content to digital marketing strategies.
