You will manage automation and digital experience journeys across marketing and be the go-to person for the wider marketing teams with direct mail campaigns and targets. You will continuously manage appeals, coordinating with the team, creative agency, and mail house to ensure smooth execution, meet targets, and improve outcomes. You lead a small team and are part of a tight-knit Channels leadership team. You have the opportunity to draw on and contribute to the World Vision International network of fundraising marketers.

About you:
Experience in a Direct Marketing leadership role; experience in fundraising would be advantageous.
Experience in strategic marketing planning across multiple channels and the ability to create and manage omni-channel journeys.
Expertise in omni-channel marketing is a must.
Proficiency in digital marketing as well as solid telemarketing strategies.
Very time efficient, with disciplines in place to meet ongoing deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead a service orientation and collaborative culture in your team; experienced team leader for 3+ years.
Innovative – always looking for better ways of doing things.
