At Te Whatu Ora MidCentral, we're committed to maintaining the highest standards in clinical record management. We're looking for a dedicated Digitisation Bureau Operator to join our team and help us transform paper records into secure, digital formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately scan and digitise clinical records
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Verify the quality of scanned images and correct any issues
Maintain organised digital files for easy retrieval
Operate and maintain scanning equipment
Requirements:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection standards
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
