The opportunity - Te turanga As our Digital Workplace Engineer, you will implement and build on the Microsoft Power Platform, Office 365 suite, Copilot technologies, and tools like SCCM, Intune, and End User Compute services to drive innovation, automation, and foster a digital culture across TVNZ.
You will build and enhance operational efficiency and enable seamless collaboration across the organisation.
Working closely with both business and technology teams, the Digital Workplace Engineer will identify and implement opportunities for simplification, automate processes, and ensure the smooth and secure management of end-user computing environments.
To excel in this position, we seek individuals who possess:
Experience with integrating Microsoft 365 services and Copilot with third-party applications and data sources.Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Copilot technologies to improve operational efficiency and drive digital culture.Knowledge of managing desktop environments, virtual desktops, and meeting room equipment, optimising user experience and ensuring seamless service delivery.Understanding of security concepts and how to implement these in an enterprise environment.Strong experience in deploying, configuring, and monitoring systems using SCCM and Intune for device management, application delivery, and compliance with security policies.Ability to provide training and support to ensure end-users can fully leverage new technologies, fostering a culture of digital empowerment.Capability to develop knowledge-sharing resources and promote the effective use of digital tools across the organisation.Application ProcessIf you would like to find out more about this amazing opportunity, please feel free to call our Head of Talent Acquisitions, Philly Irvine, at 021 564 691; she loves to chat about new careers.
