We are embarking on an ambitious programme to deliver a simplified, best practice, and data-driven end-to-end Supply Chain Planning (E2E SCP) process and operating model. This initiative aims to reduce risk, build resilience, and maximise value from every drop of New Zealand milk we plan, make, and move. To achieve this, we are replacing our current siloed planning tools and processes with next generation planning systems based on o9. This significant programme spans three organisations as we vertically integrate with Suppliers. About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Value Chain – Business Readiness Lead to join our team in Auckland. This role will report to the Head of Solution & Business Readiness and will be accountable for activities associated with improving current business processes, KPI performance, and data quality/completeness to facilitate the future transition to the new E2E SCP operating model and ways of working. Key Responsibilities: Work Planning and Scheduling: Plan and resource all business readiness activities in support of E2E SCP. Change Impacts: Collaborate with the Head of People and Change to assess change impact. Process Readiness: Identify and prioritise areas for process simplification using tools like Signavio. KPI Readiness: Develop metrics to assess business readiness for transformation. Stakeholder Management: Build operational excellence and influence change within the business. Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to business readiness activities. Champion for Change: Advocate for the programme's objectives and embrace new ways of working. Leadership: Provide leadership across all programme areas and workstreams. About you | Ko wai koe You will have extensive experience in large-scale, IT-driven transformation initiatives, SAP programs, and roles focused on Business Readiness or Change Management, preferably within a large multinational corporation. Your background will include working within large, complex organisations. Including: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Agile mindset with a commitment to achieving all program objectives. Strong business acumen and the ability to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Adept at managing conflicting priorities and navigating ambiguity. Creative thinker capable of devising solutions for complex problems and challenges. Collaborative working style, effectively leveraging the diverse skills and expertise of colleagues across the organization. Strong decision-making abilities, ensuring initiatives are successfully embedded within the organization.
