We are seeking someone who is tech-savvy with impeccable communication skills to join our Digital Trustee team. Every conversation you have with our customers is an opportunity to learn more about their needs, hopes, fears, and dreams. You will understand that one size doesn't fit all and will tailor our offerings to meet the unique needs of each customer.
You will work with customers to prepare their will, enduring power of attorney, and statement of wishes documents using our online platform. You will also assist customers who are using our self-serve option by engaging with them using live chat and phone support.
This is a dual role—one where you will work closely with our digital and user experience teams, but will also be part of our wider Retail customer centre network, staying up to date with our products and services.
We provide online support from 8.30 am - 7 pm, so we are looking for candidates who are able to work a mix of two shifts: 8.30 am - 5 pm and 10.30 am - 7 pm.
Working from home is an option, particularly in the evening; however, we would like you to be able to work from one of our customer centres most of the time to stay up to date with our products and services and work collaboratively with your team.
Ko wai koe | About you
Previous experience in a Trustee or Legal Executive role, where you had exposure to wills and enduring powers of attorney, as well as estate management processes, will be advantageous.
A strong understanding of technology is essential, as well as the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and analyze to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
You'll be joining a highly collaborative team where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of New Zealanders. To support you on this journey, we have a purpose-built learning framework—Qualified to Serve—consisting of formal and on-the-job learning, that allows you to 'earn as you learn'. You'll have a personalized development plan and all the support you need to grow your career.
You'll also get, amongst other things, birthday leave, exposure to great well-being initiatives, and access to partner discounts.
