In this role, you will support the Senior Director and help with day-to-day operations, secure cross-functional communication and collaboration, follow-up on action items, and create regular recaps and updates for the Chief Digital Officer. You will drive cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making initiatives, including defining and tracking metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance. All those years of technical, analytical, and leadership skills will come into play in this role, and we guarantee you'll never have a dull day at the office! Why You? How you'll know if you're a fit… You must have a Bachelor's degree, and an MBA is strongly preferred. You have 4 to 6+ years of relevant work experience in management consulting, including significant work with retail or e-commerce clients. Bonus points if you also have retail or e-commerce experience at a large corporation. You're comfortable at developing high-impact, actionable strategies by applying structured problem-solving and analytics.
