As a channel critical to success, the ideal addition to our team is one who excels at digital brand discovery and customer journey while using those paths to develop and implement a strategy that ensures success in both brand presence and sales.This role is a full-time, contract position based at our Britomart HQ in Auckland.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Accountable for meeting and exceeding digital sales revenue goals for four direct markets and for controlling sales expenses.Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.Develop forecasts and manage budgets for online sales channels.Identify emerging online sales channels and opportunities while being fully aware of the new services and competition status.Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.Conduct market research, trends, competitors, and customer analysis.Develop promotional ideas and material.Oversee new digital initiatives.Extensive knowledge of digital sales processes, digital platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting.Ownership of the end-to-end strategy, implementation and optimisation of the Trilogy web and mobile sites.Management and execution of online marketing calendar and content plans.Manage digital agencies (amazon and trilogyproducts.com) for website development, digital campaigns, SEO, user testing and innovation.Manage our in-house distribution channels and liaise with external 3PLs.DIRECT REPORTS:Digital Marketing Specialisto Digital Marketing ExecutiveeCommerce & Customer Love CoordinatorDispatch CoordinatorsCasual Dispatch CoordinatorsKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Reporting to Head of Marketing and Digital.Marketing and Design TeamInternational Sales ManagersLogisticsFinanceExternal suppliersKEY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:You have 5+ years in a Digital role with e-Commerce sales and consumer branded website responsibilities.Experience using Shopify and are proficient in Theme Customisation, App Integration, Product Management, Order Management, Marketing Campaigns, Analytics and Reporting, SEO Optimisation, Customer Experience Optimisation, Security and Compliance, Troubleshooting and Support.Experience with Amazon.com and Tik Tok Shop.You LOVE all things digital – you get the pace of change & love innovating to enhance the consumer experience.You have a genuine energy and passion for the Trilogy brand.You are highly capable in project management – to support strategic project implementations & new business set-ups.You are user-experience proficient - you will be highly committed to providing the best customer journey and insist upon navigation that ensures that trilogyproducts.com is simple, easy and profitable.You have great experience using marketing software, social media applications and emerging media platforms.You're proficient in GA, Adwords, Ad Managers, etc.You have excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with all areas of the business.You are highly analytical & drive a strong 'test & learn' philosophy.You will have the ability to handle multiple projects, work to deadlines, and work well under pressure.You are self-motivated, adaptable, a multi-tasker and a good team player.You have a high degree of commercial acumen.
