We have a maternity cover contract (10 months) for the role of Digital Proposition Manager – this role would suit someone who loves data and technology and is driven to improving digital customer experiences. Balancing business needs and solving customer problems will be at the heart of what you do.
Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Customer Strategy, this role centres around the creation of The Warehouse app development road map. You will lead discovery, design & support delivery of new initiatives & enhancements with The Warehouse app partnering with a number of different stakeholders (experience owners, research, analytics, finance, vendors, and technology teams) to define scope, requirements, solutioning & value justification.
You will also:
Define key business priorities and focus areas that deliver against the overall business objectives and KPIs.
Develop product propositions and customer-level strategies and solutions that are tailored to customers' needs.
Contribute to ways of working, governance, and prioritisation processes.
Identify and prioritise activities that drive profitable growth and ROI.
Qualifications
You'll have a love for customers, data, and technology - you're the type of person who gets excited about the latest tools, methods, and software and improving customer experience. We will rely on your excellent communication skills, as this role will see you work cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels. Your self-sufficient nature and drive to contribute means you work effectively, both independently and collaboratively to deliver your best work and commercial results for the business.
We are looking for an individual who takes personal responsibility, initiative, and ownership for the work they deliver and has a thirst to learn. You will have a passion and curiosity for finding ways to be more efficient, through automation or simply questioning business processes.

Experience working on the creation, continual development, and evaluation of a strategy.
Strong delivery management.
Working with ambiguity and taking ownership of deliverables.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high growth environment; experience within ecommerce/retail/tech would be a bonus.
Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to a diverse stakeholder group and be able to coordinate complex cross-functional teams to deliver results at pace and often under pressure.
Developing, designing, and launching new insight-led propositions.
Experience in driving commercial performance for a product/proposition.
