Job Description Reporting into the Head of Customer Strategy, this role centres around the creation of The Warehouse app development road map.
You will lead discovery, design & support delivery of new initiatives & enhancements with The Warehouse app partnering with a number of different stakeholders (experience owners, research, analytics, finance, vendors and technology teams) to define scope, requirements, solutioning & value justification.
You will also; Define key business priorities and focus areas that deliver against the overall business objectives and KPI's.
Develop product propositions and customer level strategies and solutions that are tailored to customers' needs.
Contribute to ways of working, governance and prioritisation processes.
Identify and prioritise activities that drive profitable growth and ROI?.
Qualifications You'll have a love for customers, data and technology - you're the type of person who gets excited about the latest tools, methods, and software and improving customer experience.
We will rely on your excellent communication skills, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high growth environment, within ecommerce/retail/tech would be a bonus.
Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact to a diverse stakeholder group and be able to coordinate complex cross-functional teams to deliver results at pace and often under pressure.
Developing, designing and launching new insight led propositions.
Experience in driving commercial performance for a product/proposition.
