Job Description This role will be leading discovery, design & support delivery of new initiatives & enhancements with the app & helping us to build our overall customer strategy.
They will partner with experience owners, research, analytics, finance, vendors and technology teams to define scope, requirements, solutioning & value justification. You will also; Define key business priorities and focus areas that deliver against the overall business objectives and KPI's. Develop product propositions and customer level strategies and solutions that are tailored to customers' needs. Contribute to ways of working, governance and prioritisation processes. Identify and prioritise activities that drive profitable growth and ROI?. Qualifications You'll have a love for customers, data and technology - you're the type of person who gets excited about the latest tools, methods, and software and improving customer experience.
