Digital Proposition Manager - Contract

Job Description This role will be leading discovery, design & support delivery of new initiatives & enhancements with the app & helping us to build our overall customer strategy.
They will partner with experience owners, research, analytics, finance, vendors and technology teams to define scope, requirements, solutioning & value justification.   You will also;   Define key business priorities and focus areas that deliver against the overall business objectives and KPI's.  Develop product propositions and customer level strategies and solutions that are tailored to customers' needs.  Contribute to ways of working, governance and prioritisation processes.  Identify and prioritise activities that drive profitable growth and ROI?.  Qualifications You'll have a love for customers, data and technology - you're the type of person who gets excited about the latest tools, methods, and software and improving customer experience.
We will rely on your excellent communication skills, as this role will see you work cross functionally with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.
Your self-sufficient nature and drive to contribute means you work effectively, both independently and collaboratively to deliver your best work and commercial results for the business.   We are looking for an individual who takes personal responsibility, initiative and ownership for the work they delivery and has a thirst to learn.  You will have a passion and curiosity for finding ways to be more efficient, through automation or simply questioning business processes.   We're also looking for:  Experience working on the creation, continual development and evaluation of a strategy.  Experience in delivery management.  Working with ambiguity and taking ownership of deliverables.  Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, within e-commerce/retail/tech would be a bonus.   Experience communicating complex ideas with clarity and impact to a diverse stakeholder.
