The Role: As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams & vendors ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Coordinate and motivate a diverse team of designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. Efficiently allocate resources and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of project delivery. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes. Experience & Skills: Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in a digital agency or technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, web development, and software development life cycles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Why Join Us?
