Lyttelton Port Company is growing and has significant transformation and modernisation projects coming up.
About the role This role will offer you variety, no day will look the same. You will be surrounded by people who collaborate, take pride in all that they do, and don't take themselves too seriously. This role will see you providing support to the Digital Programme Delivery Manager, ensuring business as usual operations, as well as small change projects, are coordinated effectively. You will work closely with the Digital Project Management team to ensure projects are governed effectively, correct process is followed, and project management tools are used as intended.
About you Ideally you will bring previous Digital/IT project coordination experience, or be a highly organised and efficient project coordinator who is quick to learn and get stuck in. You will have strong financial acumen, and sound understanding of the requirements of project documentation and administration. You will be able to assist with managing, administering technology systems relating to task management, resourcing and project management. You will be comfortable in a large organisation and with getting to know a diverse range of people.
Skills and Experience Experience in providing support to a high performing team.Proven experience or a degree in a technology related field.Knowledge of and experience in project management.Advanced user of Microsoft Office Products.Accurate, with a desire to get things right and completed.Desire to learn new skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.
