This will be approximately 50% of your work, and in addition to this, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Digital PMO team, supporting the delivery of projects and programmes across the Digital Projects Portfolio. Key Responsibilities include: Setting up administrative support for projects, ensuring correct approvals and information is provided and facilitating business cases and change requests. Providing support as required to Delivery Leads/PMO in key stakeholder meetings, and monthly reporting to project managers. Providing monthly reporting to project managers where needed. Assisting in the creation of reports and providing support to ensure project assets are capitalised. Ongoing administration of software tools. This is a fixed term role to end June 2025. Your background will include: At least 2 years' experience in project support or administration roles. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good financial/commercial skills. Passion for supporting teams towards high performance. A real "can do" attitude.
