Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer focused products that align with our business strategic objectives.You will oversee the product lifecycle and ensure that all product initiatives and decisions are made based on customer insights and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product execution aligns with the company's strategic direction while providing operational support to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.You will be responsible for:Assisting the Head of Product with development of the product strategy that supports our broader business objectives.Collaborating with teams and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Working closely with the CX/UX Designer to integrate user-centered design principles into the product development process.Work with the Product team and stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each stage of the product lifecycle, and analyze the metrics to understand how well the product is tracking.Keeping up to date on competition, market segments, and emerging industry trends and technologies, and use this knowledge to shape proactive strategies and tactics that keep Generate competitive.Conducting user research to gain insights on customer needs and ensuring all product decisions are backed by robust data, including customer feedback, performance metrics, and competitive insights.About YouYou will be a customer centric digital product professional with a solid understanding of product lifecycle and proven experience managing and overseeing the delivery of the digital products from conception through to launch.With a passion for data driven insights and a deep understanding of customer psychology, you are able to develop product strategies that not only meet functional needs but also resonate emotionally with users.
