Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 based upon experiencenumero is looking for an experienced Digital Performance Manager to join our growing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing PPC campaigns across Meta and Google for ecommerce and lead gen clients, developing and implementing effective PPC strategies, and driving client retention and spend increase. The ideal candidate will be up to date with marketing trends and must be passionate about paid media.Must haves: 1.5 - 2 years current agency experienceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring that client ad spend is optimised for maximum ROI while minimising waste.Strong knowledge of the purchase/lead journey and marketing funnels.Design and implement A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance, including testing ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the market.Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals and resonate with target audiences.Leverage advanced PPC tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) to enhance campaign performance and gain deeper insights.Manage and grow our client PPC campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.Develop and implement effective PPC strategies across various platforms such as Search, PMax, Remarketing, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.Stay up to date with marketing trends and be passionate about paid search.Develop paid strategies and work hand in hand with our Head of Paid Media and extended client sales and services teams.Monitor and analyse account performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns.Provide regular performance reports for clients to the AM team, and make recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in e-commerce marketing on Meta and Google.Google Ads / Meta certified with a minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of experience managing paid media.Experience in Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, Shopping, Pmax, Meta, LinkedIn, Agency Analytics.Social Media Ads Management experience is essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Business acumen and commercial outcome minded.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and improve.Experience in GA4 setup and management is a bonus.Experience in conversion tracking setup and management is a must, including e-commerce.Other PPC tools experience is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER:A competitive salary package commensurate with experience.The opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team, in a hybrid environment (Tuesday and Thursday work from home, 38 hour week, and 3PM Friday finish).Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment, where your contributions are valued and rewarded.If you are a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager who is ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company, we want to hear from you.
