The RoleReporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Digital Media Coordinator (Designer) is a high energy individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In planning, developing, and executing digital marketing assets and content for JB Hi-Fi, a collaborative approach, working alongside key stakeholders will be required, all while ensuring our customers are top of mind.Key Responsibilities: Brief, design, and implement EDMsBrief, create and deliver various digital assetsWork within established guidelines and templates to maintain a consistent design throughout all deliverables.
Other Responsibilities: Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time through briefing, planning, development, and implementation stages.Website content scheduling via CM system.Brief, design, and manage landing pages.Deployment and management of digital catalogues.Contribute to the review of all assets to ensure accuracy of content, specification, and messaging.Build relationships with key stakeholders.Deliver original design projects from concept to completion.
Skills & Experience:The ideal candidate loves to be accurate and on time with all their projects and tasks.
Strong attention to detail with a can-do attitude is a must.
Strong experience in digital graphic design.
Experience in HTML is an advantage.Strong experience in content management platforms, including web content management systems and email marketing platforms.
Experience in Klaviyo is an advantage.Demonstrated experience using Adobe Suite XD – (or Photoshop etc.)
and Figma to create content suitable for website.Ability to recognise and propose improvements to existing systems and processes.Previous experience in retail considered an advantage.
