LocationAPACTeamPanel – Digital AcquisitionReporting toSenior Manager, Digital Acquisition APACTypeFixed Term – 1 yearPosition SummaryAre you creative and analytical minded with an interest in campaign optimisation?We're looking for an enthusiastic Digital Media buyer to join our Digital Acquisition Team allocating the placements and negotiation of our digital advertising.
Working with our dedicated team in APAC you'd be accountable for a set of markets to grow our online and mobile panels.
You will be responsible for prospecting new partner relationships while managing the performance and optimisation of multiple digital media campaigns, as well as being proactive in testing new media digital trends to advance our product to be unique and diverse.
ResponsibilitiesContact media representatives, establish a rapport to enable the ability to negotiate on media advertising to grow our online and mobile panels.Track delivery of KPIs to ensure campaigns meet the overall team's goals.Source new influencer and publisher relationships that will grow the proprietary affiliate network.Be analytical for optimisation of campaigns directly with affiliate partners.Think creatively to enhance our media advertising and the conversion funnel.Analyse market trends, campaign data and clearly communicate performance and budget recommendations to management.Serve as point of contact for key publisher relationshipsRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience buying mediaFluent in Japanese - Speaking and WritingNegotiation and account management experienceStrong performance marketing campaign management and optimisatioProficiency with affiliate tracking software such as TUNE, Google AnalyticsProficiency with Google Ads and social media campaign management.Good analytical and mathematical skills; proven experience analysing large data setsKnowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement tactics.Competence to multitask and manage time effectively in a global team environment.Ability to adapt and stay on top of trends within the digital spaceMarket Research background a plus but not necessaryAdditionalAt Dynata, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible environment, where all employees and customers feel valued, respected and supported.
