We genuinely recognise and celebrate success and have a lot of fun along the way!THE OPPORTUNITYAs Baby Bunting continues to expand our digital presence and drive growth through new channels, we are seeking a Digital Media and Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, in a newly created role reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.We are looking for an experienced, strategic-minded and data driven individual who will oversee all aspects of our digital advertising initiatives and performance marketing spend. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital media strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Measuring success, making adjustments and managing budgets in a dynamic but seamless fashion will be key to success of this role.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy Development: develop and implement comprehensive digital media and performance marketing strategy, aligned to business goals and objectives. Identify key target audiences, channels and tactics to optimise funnel mix, maximise ROI and drive resultsCampaign Management: plan, execute and optimise digital media campaigns across various channels including paid search, display, social media and affiliate marketing. Monitor performance metrics and adjust as needed to achieve KPIsPerformance Analysis: track and analyse campaign performance, including traffic, conversion rates, CAC and ROAS. Generate insights to inform decision making and optimisation.Budget Management: Manage digital media budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the highest returns. Monitor spending and ROI to ensure efficient use of resourcesContent Development: Collaborate with internal teams / agencies to develop engaging and relevant content for digital media campaigns. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels to deliver a consistent customer experienceOptimization and Testing: continuously test and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, top vs bottom of funnel, and other tactics. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of dollars investedABOUT YOU5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, spend optimization and measurement of the metrics that matter.Proven track record of success in driving results through digital media and performance marketing initiatives.Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing and affiliate marketing.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.Experience with marketing analytics toolsCertifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.WHY BABY BUNTING?Our culture nurtures a place where you can grow and thrive, be your authentic self and where inclusiveness and diversity really matters.
