We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and join our vibrant team.As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will deliver a best-in-class online user experience across Travvia's digital channels, including paid, social, organic, and referrals. You'll collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, the wider Marketing and Commercial teams, and external suppliers to drive high engagement and conversion while supporting product development and revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Execute digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives and user needs.Manage the creation, editing, and publishing of promotional and business-as-usual content for JUCY and Star RV.Conduct keyword and SEO research to optimise website content.Measure and analyse the effectiveness of online marketing efforts across key channels (paid, social, organic, and referral).Support ongoing paid campaigns and optimisations to maximise performance.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites to adjust strategies as needed.What You'll Bring to the Role:3+ years of experience in marketing or digital roles.Demonstrated experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.Familiarity with analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics.Experience in SEO keyword research and implementation.Proficiency with online design tools (e.g., Canva).Experience creating and managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok).Experience with email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp and other CRMs.Ability to analyse data for actionable insights and continuous improvement.Understanding of UX and CX design preferred.How to Apply:If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you'd be a great fit for our team, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you want to join Travvia.Travvia is an equal-opportunity employer.
