Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)Full timeVolkswagen New Zealand is excited to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a rare opportunity to shape the online presence of a leading automotive brand. You will be part of a high performing team that has a strong focus on team culture.This role is the primary contact for Volkswagen New Zealand across all digital platforms, responsible for creating and maintaining web content, supporting the digital roll out of campaigns, tracking digital performance and assisting dealer digital initiatives.You will join the brand at an exciting time as we launch an all-new brand platform and will be instrumental in shaping the social strategy and digital touch points to support this. Additionally, you will play a key role in the take-to-market and digital strategy for the upcoming launch of the highly anticipated ID.Buzz, and much more.Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with managers to enhance content, performance, and functionality across digital platforms.Website Management: Oversee content coordination, digital campaigns, and execute SEO and paid search strategies to drive traffic.Social Media Leadership: Develop and manage the Volkswagen New Zealand social media strategy, including content creation and community engagement across platforms.Email Marketing Oversight: Direct the eDM strategy and calendar, from concept to execution, while managing Marketo implementation and reporting.Performance Measurement: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI, KPIs, and insights from various channels.Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary digital contact for the Marketing Team, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies.Data Management: Ensure integration of local digital tools and manage connections between website forms and CRM systems.About You:Experience with Website Content Management SystemsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteBasic proficiency in Adobe PhotoshopCopywriting expertiseExperience in social media managementKnowledge of SEO and paid search strategiesExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyJoining Volkswagen New Zealand offers multiple benefits, from health and wellbeing to subsidised onsite and offsite options.
