This is a unique opportunity for a senior or intermediate marketer to join our team in a Client Lead role.

About you
Our client leads work with our analytics team and executors to set clear objectives and tactics that will help our clients grow. They then lead clients through the Data Story journey.
Our client leads might not be an experts in all channels, but they understand marketing strategy and the value that different channels bring. They can dive into the data where needed to identify opportunities for our clients.
Our client leads also work on execution where needed or where they have a particular specialty - but their main focus is driving overall client results based on data-led insights.
What we're after
You're a senior/intermediate digital marketing specialist with cross-channel experience in analytics and insights, SEO, website optimisation and paid media.
You have a high level of attention to detail and you are hungry for client performance.
You are keen to grow and be part of a high-performance team where results are the focus.
You are a people person. You build great rapport and trust with those that you work with. You are comfortable bringing the good news and the bad. You know that, in marketing, hypotheses don't always work out. You are not afraid to let a client know that we need to pivot.
Here is the sort of person we're looking for:
More than 5 years of experience in a marketing role
A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent qualification
You ask why.
You may have a speciality in one of our core areas (analytics and insights, SEO, website optimisation or paid media).
You are willing to learn and implement the Data Story process.
You can work across industries. You love the variety and can manage your time well.
You do the mahi. You are in the platform executing.
You're technically proficient and understand the tools we work in.
You seek to serve others in the team and go the extra mile to help them regardless of who gets credit.
You are down to earth. Data Story is about serving our clients. We're not after the glory or feeling fancy. Our job is to make our clients look good and to get results for them. The client takes the credit.
You ask for help when you need it and you are not afraid to ask questions

Here are the sorts of things you would work on:
Analytics and monthly reporting and development of strategy.
Work with our paid media specialists to build Meta, Google and other paid media campaigns.
Develop and monitor ROI and KPIs of digital media campaigns, according to business goals.
Work with our SEO specialists to review SEO audits, develop SEO strategy and run reporting.
Manage UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation processes to improve conversion.
Assist clients with the creation of digital content such as websites, blogs and ad copy.
Participate and help improve internal Data Story processes.

The role is in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Salary band between $80,000 - $110,000
The role is 40 hours a week, full-time permanent, Monday- Friday.
