Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and resourceful Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Dollar General. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on our website and social media channels
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the success of digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for digital marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative
- Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends
- Resourceful and dedicated work ethic
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools
