Omnicom Group, a leading global communication company, is seeking a motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with colleagues from around the world. #### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Digital Strategy Development:**
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure Omnicom Group remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

- **Content Creation & Management:**
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure content is on-brand and meets the needs of target audiences.

- **Campaign Execution & Optimization:**
- Develop, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns, measuring KPIs to evaluate performance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

- **SEO & SEM Management:**
- Implement and monitor effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and assess budget allocation for maximum ROI.

- **Social Media Management:**
- Maintain and grow Omnicom Group's social media presence by creating engaging posts, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing social media metrics.
- Experiment with new ideas and formats to boost awareness and community engagement.

- **Collaboration & Reporting:**
- Work with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall company initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on digital marketing performance and insights for stakeholders.

#### **Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media management software.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.

- **Personal Attributes:**
- Highly motivated and passionate about digital marketing and emerging trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively under challenging circumstances.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams in a remote setting.
