Digital Marketing Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Stanley Black & Decker. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize results
- Manage the company's online presence and reputation through social media monitoring and engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
