Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: L-3 Communications is seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website - Manage online advertising campaigns, including PPC and display ads - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns - Create and optimize content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing - Work closely with the design team to create compelling visual content - Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing - Excellent communication and writing skills - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Strategic planning and time management skills - Experience with A/B testing and data analysis - Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms Benefits: - Relocation allowance - Vision insurance - Free food Working Environment: At L-3 Communications, we embrace a culture that challenges norms and encourages bold thinking.
