Job Description:
Disney is looking for a passionate and confident Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote work based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels
- Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are on the cutting edge
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate the impact of our marketing efforts
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the digital marketing space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field
- Proven track record in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
