**Job Overview:**

Campbell Soup is seeking a passionate and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Nelson. This entry-level part-time position is designed for a resourceful individual who is driven and eager to make an impact within the organization. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a significant role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster consumer engagement, and drive sales efforts through various online channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Digital Strategy Development:**
- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies to promote Campbell Soup's products effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.

2. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Develop engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms while aligning content with Campbell Soup's brand identity.

3. **Social Media Management:**
- Execute day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through social media channels in a timely manner.

4. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of our digital content.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts.

5. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign effectiveness.
- Interpret data to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

6. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Foster transparency and open dialogue within the team and across departments for effective communication.

7. **Budget Management:**
- Assist in managing and optimizing the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI for campaigns.
- Identify cost-effective strategies for digital marketing initiatives.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required for candidates with proven experience.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management software, email marketing tools).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
