**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Digital Strategy Development:**
- Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with Praxair's business goals.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
2. **Content Creation & Management:**
- Generate and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of content across all channels.
3. **SEO & SEM:**
- Support efforts in optimizing website content for search engines and enhancing organic search visibility.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, by monitoring performance and suggesting improvements.
4. **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
- Analyze web analytics and marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on data.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
5. **Engagement & Community Management:**
- Monitor and manage social media channels to engage with customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
6. **Collaboration & Team Support:**
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure cohesion between marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions, sharing innovative ideas and best practices for digital marketing.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in a digital marketing role or similar position.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and web development principles is a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
