Digital Marketing Manager Job in ChristchurchDovetail Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a new Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of our thriving client based in Christchurch. You will be working directly with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive to deliver exciting and engaging lead-generating campaigns utilising marketing automation technology.Responsibilities:Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social media, PPC, advertising, events, webinars, etc.Implement and manage the creation of web pages, landing pages, data capture forms, and continue the modernisation of the website.Provide input into the yearly marketing plans and calendar planning.Optimise and test customer journeys, reporting on outcomes, deliverables, adjustments, costs, and ROI.Leverage marketing automation, lead scoring, and dynamic campaign delivery to refine and improve the delivery of the sales team.Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define campaign target audiences, objectives, and to produce assets and activities required to drive engagement, demand, and lead generation.Help source and produce new campaign content / CTAs / deliverables. Help create engaging multimedia content such as videos, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.Support the Head of Marketing with the delivery of marketing plans and campaigns.Leverage data insights and analytics to shape content, campaign, and creative outputs.Support the Head of Marketing in the oversight of brand guidelines and advocate to ensure these are followed across the business.Any ad hoc duties as required.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 3-5 years digital marketing experience (ideally B2B).Previous experience with PPC.Familiar with analytics tools and Content Management systems.Able to manage customer segmentation and analyse campaign performance.Experience with Hubspot would be advantageous.Working knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and privacy rules particularly with a focus on marketing requirements and liabilities.Salary and Benefits:Salary £40-45,000 Per annum.A generous annual company bonus scheme linked to personal and company objectives.25 days holiday, increasing to 30 days with length of service.Hybrid working option - after completed probation.A health cash plan, covering dentistry, optician visits, and more.Enhanced company pension scheme.Enhanced maternity / paternity.Company sick pay.1 day charity / community leave per year.A cycle to work scheme.Parking permits.If you are interested in this Digital Marketing Manager Job in Christchurch, apply today.
