JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager JOB TYPE: Permanent contract, full time MANAGER: Head of Marketing HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum dependant on experience LOCATION: Our offices are located in the centre of Christchurch, next to the high street shops, with Christchurch Quay a 10-minute walk away and only five minutes from the railway station.

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer who is creative, dynamic, and adept in B2B marketing.
You will be an important member of the marketing team, working directly with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Executive to deliver exciting and engaging lead-generating campaigns using best-of-breed marketing automation technology.

Certified File Transfer Associate qualification Password vault software for up to five family members WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social media, PPC, advertising, events, webinars, etc.
Manage the creation of web pages, landing pages, and data capture forms Provide input into yearly marketing plans and assist in the delivery of effective campaigns Optimize customer journeys and report on outcomes, deliverables, adjustments, costs, and ROI Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define campaign target audiences and objectives Help source and produce new campaign content, including multimedia content Support the Head of Marketing with vendor partner marketing plans and campaigns Leverage data insights and analytics to shape content and campaign outputs Assist the Head of Marketing with brand guidelines and strategic marketing messages Any ad hoc duties as required WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?
Minimum of 3-5 years digital marketing experience Organized, tenacious, and able to multi-task Effective time management and attention to detail Familiarity with analytics tools and Content Management Systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused and goal-oriented Experience using Hubspot is advantageous Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection rules If you want to be part of a successful team that cares greatly about developing our people and supporting our clients, then we would love to hear from you.
