Simplicity is looking for an experienced and passionate digital superstar to join our small Marcomms team.
As the go-to for all digital marketing channels at Simplicity, you will spearhead our online efforts to drive sustained membership growth as well as enhancing engagement with our existing members.
We're looking for a savvy digital marketer who can manage multiple priorities with ease, optimising our online presence and guiding potential Simplicity members through the customer journey.
This role combines strategic input with hands-on channel management where you will be shaping digital strategies, executing high-performance campaigns and analysing results to ensure we continue to build on our success within the financial industry.About SimplicitySimplicity is New Zealand's nonprofit, low fee KiwiSaver provider, managing more than $7.5 billion in savings and investments on behalf of our 160,000+ members.

We are only as good as our people and our team are all dedicated, passionate about our mission, and love working in a flexible, collaborative, empowering and dynamic environment.What's in the day-to-day?Lead the development and implementation of all paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously optimising to decrease CPA and make our budgets work harderManage ongoing digital partnerships, identifying opportunities to expand our online presence amongst target audiencesPlan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns (BAU and campaign-based)Lead the execution and optimisation of our organic social calendars, driving strong community growth and engagementCommunity management across social platformsPlan and execute lead generation and email campaigns via Hubspot and social platformsTrack and report on all BAU and campaign digital performance across Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, partner digital and websiteManage SEO to increase our organic visibility, driving increased web traffic and decrease bounce ratesOur ideal candidate would have:6+ years' experience in marketing, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency-based rolesMinimum 3 years of experience in hands-on digital performance marketingProven track record of managing and optimising successful campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and HubSpotExperience in using online analytics tools to gain and leverage insights across our digital activityStrong understanding of SEO practices and managementAn interest and good understanding of KiwiSaver, investing and personal finance, and the regulatory requirements involved in advertising investment-related servicesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environmentA tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar would be preferredWhat makes it so good to work for Simplicity?Great remuneration package6 weeks annual leave10% KiwiSaver employer contributionsFree Simplicity paid public transportFresh fruit and barista coffeeFree lunch WednesdaysA collaborative and supportive work environmentFlexibility for hybrid work (up to 2 days from home/remote)A stunning mid-century office in Takapuna with uninterrupted harbour viewsA rewarding job role that contributes to creating a better future for Kiwis and NZIf you are a talented and passionate digital marketer obsessed with great customer journeys and you're looking to make a difference, we would love to see your application!
