Role Overview: As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You'll work closely with our founders and team of contractors to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and engage our target audience through strategic and innovative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy in line with business goals, including driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Manage all online marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid media campaigns.
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
Oversee the company's website performance, including traffic, user engagement, and conversion optimization, ensuring that the site is always aligned with the latest marketing efforts.
Manage content creation and publication on social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing communications.
Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with other teams to develop engaging marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and use this knowledge to boost campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with external agencies and contractors for specialized projects like web development, SEO optimization, and content creation.
Lead email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Ensure marketing compliance with regulations such as GDPR and others relevant to online advertising and data protection.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with similar job duties with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year in digital marketing.

Qualifications:
NZQF Level 2 Qualification.
Candidates with above qualification AND experience will be given preference.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and website management.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems.
Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health and wellness is a must.
