About the role
FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand (FBNZ) is transforming in response to changing customer needs and an evolving market. As part of this transformation, we are making a number of changes in our marketing team. This newly-created role is part of these exciting changes and is a fantastic opportunity for a senior, experienced digital marketer to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our marketing function and helping our business grow.
With a strong focus on digital transformation, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to drive our future digital strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will be the subject matter expert regarding digital campaign strategy and execution, marketing automation, content management, Google Marketing Platform, paid social media and other digital marketing tools. The role is responsible for managing our websites, leading our data strategy, and developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate leads. The role is a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team and the creative and delivery function within marketing.
Responsibilities include:

Develop, execute, track and optimise comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring clear and measurable objectives and performance targets.
Lead the planning and oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, performance, and optimisation of the FBNZ, CodeBlue and Better Business websites.
Collaborate with the Content Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager to determine the optimal taxonomy and structure for the FBNZ, CodeBlue and Better Business websites.
Improve the user experience by improving website navigation, layout and design.
Devise and lead our CRM data strategy.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize strategies and improve results.
Manage reporting of website analytics, including visits, time-on-site, optimising lead conversion and analytics reporting, and use outputs to optimise all aspects of website performance.

Skills & experience
We are looking for someone with a 'client-first' mindset who is naturally collaborative, resilient, results-oriented and innately curious, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset. Along with this, you will also have:

Minimum of seven years' experience as a digital marketing and website manager
Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools
Proficiency in web development languages and experience working with headless CMS tools (e.g. Sanity, Silverstripe, etc). Experience/proficiency with Sitecore and/or Drupal would be a major advantage.
Expertise working with all aspects of Google Marketing Platform, i.e. Analytics, Display, Search, Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.
Certified WordPress and HubSpot expert.
Well-developed business acumen and comfortable building effective working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with good time and project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and a proven ability to consistently deliver to deadlines and budgets
