This is a newly created role reporting into the Director of Marketing and working closely with the CEO.This business operates in the tourism and education sectors and has a strong value proposition, creating a meaningful, feel-good environment that sets people up to make a difference and have a positive impact on society.
It's essential that the successful person is passionate about these values and can effectively communicate and use them to attract and engage our target audience.We are seeking someone who has the ability to drive all digital marketing activities globally for this company, while being based in Auckland, New Zealand.
You will be strategic in your approach to develop new marketing campaigns whilst at the same time being in the detail and hands-on in execution of your strategies.
You will have the autonomy to make decisions, so it is essential that you are driven and able to make a difference.Although a strategic role, there is an expectation to be hands-on and drive positive change to help the continued growth of this business.This role will suit candidates who have broad experience in the digital marketing space who can take control, drive change, and make things happen.
We do require someone who has experience in global marketing across different markets and someone who has good experience with B2C and B2B digital campaigns.
You will be expected to track results, monitor conversion rates, drive optimisation, generate leads, and take control of EDMs, web page updates, and other digital campaigns.Even though this is a hands-on role, you will have the support of a marketing team that includes a social media manager, copywriter, graphic designer, and others to help you implement new campaigns.The role is busy and varied, and we are looking for individuals who can operate in a high-paced environment with a solution-oriented approach and who want the opportunity to do good work.The company is a great place to work and is growing, so this role allows for significant improvements to be made across the business.
