Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team and drive the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure campaign success.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop customized digital marketing solutions.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and strategic refinement.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing disciplines.
Relevant certifications such as Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or equivalent are desirable.
